How do pre-orders work?
When you purchase an item on pre-order, a 50% deposit is taken at checkout to secure your order. The remaining balance will only be charged once your item is ready to ship.
Before taking the final payment, we will always contact you to confirm that your order is ready and provide any necessary updates.
Do you offer international shipping?
Yes, we are pleased to offer international shipping to a growing number of countries.
Please note that international orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, VAT, or other local charges depending on your destination. These charges are not included in the product price or shipping cost unless specifically stated.
If any customs fees or taxes apply, your local customs authority or delivery carrier may contact you to arrange payment before your order can be delivered. These charges are the responsibility of the customer.
Customs processes can occasionally cause delays, which are outside of our control, but we will always do our best to support you throughout the delivery process.
Delivery to my country isn't available. What should I do?
If shipping to your country isn't available at checkout, don't worry! Simply contact us with your full shipping address and let us know which products you're interested in purchasing.
We'll calculate the shipping cost for you and provide a personalised shipping quote. We're always happy to help find the best delivery option for your location.
